We purchased our camper in September of 2018 but only had 1 camping trip stored it in cave until April 2019. Got it out went on a camping trip went to roll out the awning and it had a tear in it.
we bought at Camping World in Apollo. My husband called several times never called back he called again and he said no one takes care of it. They finally called and said to take a picture of it . Sent it to coleman dealer they refused to cover it.
Said we poked *** in it. I am sure we are going to poke *** in a 24,000 camper come on. So they wanted us to turn it in to insurance. First of all we have 3 yr warranty then a extended Sam plan and they can't cover it.
I am so disquisted with them. This was our first time to do this already not happy. Now Camping World will put on the awning but will not charge for the labor but the material we have to pay. That's not right.
It looks like there was something wrong with the material because it has two more holes in it. It pretty bad when they say the customer does things like that.
At least Camping World will pay for the labor but that's not the point.
